Our office offers the physical exam and health screening required of prospective parents who are in the process of adopting a child.


As both a preventive medicine specialist and geneticist, Dr. Mikail has special understanding of the health issues some face before choosing to adopt.


The exam involves a complete history and physical as well as lab tests (such as blood cholesterol levels, TB screening, and urinalysis), along with additional diagnostic tests that might be necessary based on health status.


At the conclusion of the evaluation, Dr. Mikail will complete the State of California AD 524 form documenting results.
